Looking Back: How Our Early 2026 Listings Performed

Back in February, we took a moment to check in on how the properties we’d listed since the start of the year were actually doing. The results were worth sharing.

Of the properties that came onto the market with Symonds Taylor since the start of 2026, 54% had already sold by early February. On average, those properties received 12 viewings, five offers, and achieved 108% of their asking price.

As Rob Taylor, our Managing Director, put it at the time: “Not every market stays the same, not every market continues, and you never know, if you pick the right estate agent, you can share in a similar success.”

We’re revisiting this now because it’s a good reminder that a well-prepared property with the right agent behind it can genuinely outperform expectations, whatever time of year you’re reading this.
