We had tried to sell our period home a few years ago, but despite Rob Symonds' best efforts at that time getting prospective buyers through and enthusing them about our home  we were let down by a couple of dubious surveyors being unfairly negative about the house. After a few years renting it out, we went to sell again. Selling a home is always stressful but we felt we would be in good hands from our previous experience, and we were not wrong. We have now been through two sales and a purchase with the team in recent years. They were able to act incredibly quickly on our recent sale, providing an honest well thought out valuation, producing high quality photographs and having multiple viewings prior to listing on Rightmove.
