Three Weeks In

Three weeks ago we opened our doors in Tynemouth. It’s been exciting. It’s also been hard work, and if I’m honest, a little nerve-wracking too.

This wasn’t part of the plan, not yet anyway. We’d always talked about the coast, but not for another year or so. Then 10 Front Street became available, and the timing wasn’t ours to choose. We said no. Then we said yes. Then we said no again. Then we just said go for it.

What’s made the difference in these first three weeks is the team. They live locally, they know the streets, the shortcuts, the coffee spots, the people. That local knowledge shows up in how they work, not just how they talk about the area.

It hasn’t changed how we do things. Every market appraisal is honest, not inflated to win a listing. Every client gets the same care and the same straight answers, whether they’re selling a two bed flat or a five bed house. A home holds a lot for the people living in it, and we don’t forget that.

Three weeks down. Plenty more to come.
