We had tried to sell our period home a few years ago, but despite Rob Symonds' best efforts at that time getting prospective buyers through and enthusing them about our home  we were let down by a couple of dubious surveyors being unfairly negative about the house. After a few years renting it out, we went to sell again. Selling a home is always stressful but we felt we would be in good hands from our previous experience, and we were not wrong. We have now been through two sales and a purchase with the team in recent years.
