Offering a wonderful lifestyle only a short distance from Newcastle city centre The Coast is made up of impressive and pretty seaside towns such as Tynemouth, Whitley Bay, North Shields, Cullercoats and Monkseaton. With Metro links directly back to Newcastle there are miles of beaches offering many water sports. Being the Coast’s main town Whitley Bay offers a wealth of amenities. Park View offers a wide selection of shops, bars, coffee shops, restaurants and pubs. Schools are excellent and there are a number of supermarkets. With its own promenade and beach.  There is the famous Spanish City, Playhouse Theatre whilst also having direct access out to Northumberland rugged countryside.

North Shields

Sitting on the northern banks of the River Tyne North Shields has a proud history. With its working Fish Quay which is fast becoming a sought-after destination there is a mix of property styles from period Tyneside flats and terraces to modern waterfront apartments, penthouses and townhouses. North Shields has its own town centre and offers more value for money than some other parts of The Coast.

Cullercoats

Sandwiched between Whitley Bay & Tynemouth, Cullercoats has the best of both worlds, it gets to enjoy all the amenities that its neighbours offer whilst having some great local facilities of its own. Set around its bay Cullercoats offers family homes from period terraces, substantial semi detached family homes and more modern detached houses.

Monkseaton

Monkseaton offers the widest choice of houses, especially for families. It also has access to good schools, has commuting options back into the city and out into Northumberland. Sitting alongside Whitley Bay it also has good local amenities.
