We find you the right tenant, handle all marketing and viewings, conduct thorough referencing, and prepare the tenancy agreement. Once your tenant is in, the day-to-day management of the property is yours.
One-off fee – 2 weeks rent
Full Management
We look after everything — tenant find, compliance, rent collection, maintenance coordination, property inspections, and tenancy renewal. You receive your rent every month and the peace of mind that your property is being cared for properly.
