Stages In The Selling Process

Your property will be featured on our website, which attracts many visits each month and is linked to key property portals like Rightmove, ensuring it reaches a wide audience.
Stage 3: Launch
When your property is launched to the market, a For Sale board will go up and viewings will begin. If you’re unable to attend, a member of our team will conduct viewings on your behalf.
Our database contains an extensive list of buyers, and knowing our buyers really well and understanding you as a seller is crucial, as it helps provide a more informed matching process. We’ll email all relevant buyers with the details of your property and promote it through our Facebook, Instagram, and X accounts.
Additionally, sellers can choose to advertise their property at competitive rates in national newspapers and magazines, ensuring it reaches a broad audience.
Stage 4: Reporting & Communication
We’re committed to transparency in our service delivery and will keep in touch at every stage of the selling process. You’ll receive regular reports from your selling agent, including feedback from viewings and details of all correspondence we have with potential buyers. Our aim is to ensure you are fully informed and confident throughout your property journey.
Stage 5: Negotiations
Our experienced team will conduct negotiations on your behalf.
