Tenants Fees

Tenants Fees:

Monthly rent payments as per the tenancy agreement.
A refundable holding deposit is required to hold the property – Equivalent to one week’s rent.
A refundable security deposit – Equivalent to five weeks’ rent.
A late rent charge, where the Tenant is more than 14 days in arrears – Interest will be charged at 3%, per month, above the Bank of England’s base rate until the rent arrears are paid up to date.
Payments in respect of all utilities such as council tax, communication services (broadband & telephone line), TV licence, TV subscriptions, water rates & sewage, fuel (gas & oil) and electricity as per the tenancy agreement. Plus any other charges incurred by the tenant during the agreement.
Tenant request to make a change to the tenancy – £50 + VAT (£60 including VAT).
Additional keys/Key cutting – £20 + VAT (£24 including VAT). Lock changes are charged to tenant at full cost.
Tenant request to end agreement early – £300 + VAT (360 including VAT)
