Brunton Park

Melton Park

Melton Park offers spacious detached homes and quiet residential streets, making it popular with families seeking larger properties within easy reach of Gosforth and Newcastle.

Heaton

Heaton is a popular residential area to the east of Newcastle city centre, known for its Victorian terraces, green spaces and strong community feel. Jesmond

The Coast

Tynemouth

Tynemouth is one of the most desirable coastal towns in the North East, known for its beaches, independent shops and strong community atmosphere. The area offers a mix of period homes, coastal terraces and modern apartments, with neighbourhoods such as Tynemouth Village, North Shields Fish Quay and areas around King Edward’s Bay attracting buyers looking for lifestyle as well as location.

Whitley Bay

Cullercoats

Cullercoats is a small coastal village located between Tynemouth and Whitley Bay, known for its harbour, sandy bay and quieter residential streets. North Shields
