All new build properties come with a 10-year warranty from an organisation like the National House Building Council (NHBC) or similar. This gives you peace of mind that if any issues do arise, the costs are covered. Appliances that come with the property will have their own warranties.

Being part of a seller’s chain can be stressful, with a level of uncertainty not needed. Buying a new build means that you don’t have to rely on the movement of forward purchasers within a sales chain and can be equally as appealing to the person purchasing your property if you have one to sell.
